This Thursday, May 27, 2021 takes place the official opening of the awareness mornings on the legal texts for the Intention of Small and Medium Enterprises, Crafts (PMEA). The said event took place at the Arrupe Center for Research and Training in Lubumbashi. The kickoff was given by the vice-governor of the province of Haut-Katanga, Mr. Jean-Claude Kanfwa.
Organized by the Office for the Promotion of Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises Congolese (OPEC) and the National Agency for the Promotion of Investments (ANAPI) under the high patronage of the Governor of the province of Haut-Katanga, His Excellency Jacques Kyabula Katwe, his The aim of the meeting is to raise awareness among Small and Medium-sized Enterprises, Crafts, of compliance with legal texts and initiation into the spirit of entrepreneurship.
“We will strive to go even in universities to sensitize young people to develop the spirit of entrepreneurship, because young people must know that once they finish studies, they must embark on entrepreneurship,” said Mr. Vital Manga, during his speech to answer a question addressed to him by a participant.
For this first day, after the opening remarks, there were two speakers namely the DGA of ANAPI, Rose-Dorée Bokeleale, whose quintessence of her message focused on the 3 types of advantages that her agency granted companies: customs, tax and parafiscal exemptions. “ANAPI grants exemptions for three types: customs, tax and parafiscal”, she declared.
Subsequently, the Director General of OPEC Mr. Vital Manga focused his intervention on entrepreneurship followed by a heated debate.
