Refund Policy • Magazines would be delivered directly by the publisher to the customer. • Subscriptions will begin as per the policy of each magazine publisher. Generally, subscription starts within 4-6 weeks from the orders. Gifts would be delivered in 3-4 weeks after the subscription starts • Timely commencement of subscriptions, continuity and timely delivery of the copies is the sole responsibility of the respective publishers. Mines and Industries would not be liable for it. • Mines and Industries would help the customer with redressal of the complaints in case of non-delivery or any issue related to subscription. However, Mines and Industries would not be liable to make any refunds to the customer. • After subscription number is received, customer should address all the complaints, demands, refunds, claims, etc. directly to the publisher and Mines and Industries would not be responsible for the same. • If a magazines subscription starts and some issues do not reach the customers, customer should escalate the matter to the respective publisher within 40 days.
